Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers and market opportunities.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or sales presentations.
  • Conduct product and service presentations to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
  • Close sales opportunities and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Address customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications
