Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers and market opportunities.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or sales presentations.
- Conduct product and service presentations to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Close sales opportunities and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Address customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications
