Job Overview

The Operations role focuses on managing day-to-day business activities, improving processes, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. The goal is to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Implement new processes to increase productivity
  • Continuously optimize operational systems
  • Coordinate with different departments (sales, marketing, HR, etc.)

Data Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Analyze data to support decision-making

Required Skills

  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Knowledge of engineering tools/software (CAD, programming, etc.)
  • Good communication and teamwork

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Relevant certifications (optional but preferred)
  • Experience level based on role (Fresher to Senior level)
