Job Overview
The Operations role focuses on managing day-to-day business activities, improving processes, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. The goal is to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Implement new processes to increase productivity
- Continuously optimize operational systems
- Coordinate with different departments (sales, marketing, HR, etc.)
Data Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Analyze data to support decision-making
Required Skills
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Knowledge of engineering tools/software (CAD, programming, etc.)
- Good communication and teamwork
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Computer Science, etc.)
- Relevant certifications (optional but preferred)
- Experience level based on role (Fresher to Senior level)
